Carpe Diem

It's the end of week 1 ....

So in the morning I get paid again, and it will have been a week since I started my new budget plan. I'm proud to say that where I usually would have borrowed from my Mum by Monday, after being paid on Friday, this week I have

• Over £10 in my change jar (anything under a 50P goes in it)
• £13 left in my currnet account
• £7 left in my purse
• £7.42 in my savings account

I'm pretty pleased with myself - that's £37 that I would have spent before, and haven't this week!
