I spent half the evening out on the balcony tonight, watching the total eclipse of the moon. It was the first one I'd seen, and was really quite cool. I alternated between the camera and binoculars, and stopped taking pics when the eclipse became total. I toyed with the idea of watching the eclipse end, and the moon become it's usual white self again, but as it's not due to end until about 2:30am, I decided to upload my pics to the computer. I'm reasonably pleased with them, so here's a quick montage I threw together (warning: if you click the pic, it's a *big* file!)

Lunar Eclipse
