I have new motivation now, because I know that this WOE (Way of Eating) works for me and my body. I probably *will* gain that 2lb back over the next day or two, but hopefully by the time I have my first "official" weigh in, at the 1 week point on Saturday, it will have come off again, maybe even with a pound or two more as well.
I'm going to spend today compiling a list of reasons why I want or need to lose weight, as well as working on my weightloss journal. I don't want to get too obsessed, but in some ways that's what works for me - throwing myself into something 200%! I'll keep you posted.
