Day 2

Well, I didn't get my fried breakfast! I woke up at 11:30am when Mum came in to my room to see if I was "ever going to get up", and we went straight over to Tesco to shop. I had scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for lunch, and just had my fry up for dinner. 2 Black Farmer pork sausages, 3 rashers of bacon, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms and a tomato. Lovely! Still struggling with getting the water in though, I'm such a Diet Coke addict! Tomorrow is my last day of meat and eggs, and that means things will be easier from Tuesday, when I can add in more veggies, which I really miss. Starting with three days of meat and eggs is supposed to be a good way of kick starting the low-carb program, and making your body realise that it's not going to be getting all the junk that it's used to! I'll weigh in on Tuesday morning at Boots, or maybe tomorrow, and see how I'm doing.
