Thought that might make you look! Attention grabber - moi?! I mean the drink, of course, specifically the diet variety. Since I changed from the fully loaded regular Coke, about 10 or more years ago now, I've been a Diet Coke freak ... or maybe just a freak, your call! Breakfast was always a swig of Diet Coke, I drank it throughout the day, at every work break, and with every meal at home, or when eating out, and bought a 2litre bottle each day, often supplemented with a 500ml bottle if I was out and about and got thirsty.
But ... since starting to eat more healthily last week, I'm also trying to drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Which leaves less room for Diet Coke. I realised this morning that I'm just coming to the end of the 2 litre bottle that I bought *8
days* ago! Wow ... another junk addiction broken maybe. Don't get me wrong, I still love it, but moderation is the key, I'm finding. Less chemicals in my body have got to be good. Just to remind me of my beloved beverage though ... I found this image earlier, and loved it!
